I am infuriated that I have already wasted so much time on this website just trying to find a place to just sent a message PLUS that I am having to spend time at all responding to a bill that I have received from IcSystem, which I do NOT OWE!

My name is Karen-Irvin Dickson and the I.C. System Reference Number on the bill is: 18037****-*-19 and the balance due is: $223.00.

The Original Creditor is: Creston Dental & Braces. MY address is: 7 S. Pacific Ave., Apt. 2A.

York, SC 29745. The account number is: 601****.

I visited Creston Dental & Braces when it was still under the name of Kool Smiles in Rock Hill, SC. The only reason I was a patient there was because they accepted South Carolina Medicaid, which I have. My SC Medicaid Number is: 963017****.

I NEVER signed for ANY procedures to be done, which was NOT covered by SC Medicaid. I have already contacted Creston when they were still Kool Smiles and informed them that I do NOT owe them a balance of any amount, that SC Medicaid covers ALL expenses there.

So, I am outraged that this charge has been turned over to a collection agency!!

PLEASE contact Creston Dental & Braces, formerly Kool Smiles, to let THEM know that I do NOT owe them any payments whatsoever. I have been to them multiple times and have NEVER had to pay as a MEDICAID patient, as NO ONE ELSE has, who is also a SC Medicaid patient.

Many many years ago, I paid IC Systems $200/month to pay down an old Apple account. When I got it current, they wanted more money. I told them I wouldn’t send them another dime until I got a statement showing all my payments.

I never heard from them again. Years later, I got a copy of my credit report. My payments never went to Apple and it turns out they pocketed the money I sent because IC Systems showed I didn’t pay anything.

Do not answer the phone if they call. If you do, demand a statement in writing of the debt and your payments be send to you monthly.

IC Systems is a fraud. Go back to the original owner of your debt and work it out with them. Bypass these people if you have a legitimate debt. Most original creditors are happy to work worth you because they want their money!

I just received a call....the gentleman would not give his name, asked for my son (whom by the way is 6 YEARS OLD)!! and then tried to accuse me of lying about his age!

"My records show a birthday of much older than 6 yrs old, maybe it's your birthday, could you verify"...NO the *** I will not!! This is crap! Not very professional. I would like to know how the *** a company has my number and my 6 year olds name???

This is not how to do business!!

the number he called from was 307-316-****. I was just astonished that he would accuse me of being dishonest (and laughed at me on the phone by the way) because I wouldn't share with him, my personal information.

No clue who this companies is, don't care. I know my credit is clean and has been for a while, I have no late payments or any outstanding medical bills due.

This is what happens with these shady companies, they buy debt for pennies on the dollar, they can pay $60,000 from a company that buys a list of debt that is old and is worth $12,000,000 so they can resale it to companies like IC Systems. Companies like IC Systems buy that $12M debt in hopes of collecting it all. I would say that 95% of the debt is beyond the statute of limitations, IC systems can’t legally collect, it doesn’t matter to them, they will do anything to collect those debts and use any tactic to do so. Most people are not aware of the statue of limitations placed on these debts, if the original creditor is Bank of America or your local hospital can’t collect from you after a certain time frame, companies like IC Systems don’t have to the right to collect beyond the statue of limitations placed on collecting debt, once it runs out.

Knowledge is power, take it back and don’t companies like IC Systems take your power. This shady company wont call me again, if they knew what was best for them, otherwise they would get a nice letter my lawyer for harassment, in which I can sue them and win!!!!
