Just wanted anyone who runs across this site to know that I am just beginning today, February 23, 08, to research this company and file a complaint against them regarding the manner in which they handled themselves. Anyone that was treated unprofessionaly and/or having real problems with these individual's working for this company please send me an email to the account i've started just for this, tammyamar1966@***.com.

I really look forward to hearing your story.

Just for your info., in just the first several minutes of my research I have already learned we are not the only ones treated in this manner.

If you just pay your bills, resolve your disputing problems with the company that sent your bill to collections, and/or setup a payment plan for roughly 6 months to pay your bill by credit card, debit card, or PAC, then they will stop calling you. That is their job to send letters and call you to pay your bill. Their also trying to help you to pay your bill in a timely matter, so that hopefully the company that is trying to collect from you will not credit report on you and make your credit worse for not paying a $100-$1000 bill that could lower your credit badly where if you want to buy a new car or house you won't be able to because your credit score is so bad now.

I had a doctor, who recently had to cut his payroll...had a balance of 299.00 with his office...they gave me two weeks to pay...since I couldn't afford to pay that amount in two weeks...booted me as a patient...also would NOT prescribe me the medicine that I was told by the doctor when in the hospital...that I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE REST OF MY LIFE! My husband has taken a BIG pay cut and a cut in hours...we are barely making ends meet...I work full time and bust my butt for my pay...we have two kids...school....JESUS...and then ICSystems called...by the way the doctors nurse laughed at me when I told her what the doctor said in the hospital!

She laughed...you don't need that for the rest of your life...WHY WOULD THE DOCTOR LIE!? I told ICSystems, I am getting a lawyer..he said you still owe the money- I said, I Don't Give A Sh*T-made me feel better!Then like a lady I hung up!

This company continues to call my in-laws multiple times a day for a person who has never lived in the house and doesn't even have a similar name! I finally got someone on the line today and told them that person doesn't live here, never has, and we have never heard of this person!

He swore he would take the number out of their computer...we'll see if that happens. I may file a complaint, just because they have interrupted our lives so much!

called me about my Target account. I was late one time, had called Target before I knew I was going to be late.

A Target employee agreed to waive the late fee because I had called. I do not receive a paper copy of my bill. I automatically set up a certain amount of money to automatically pay my Target Account. Little did I know that Target employee did NOT place the waiver on my account, after 3 months they turned my account over to ICSystems.

They called my work phone, I do not have a land line. I told them not to call my work phone - but they did so anyway. They wanted all my information including my entire SSN. They were rude, disrespectful and told me that since I work for the company I work for - I should have plenty of money to pay my debt.

I have only my income - I am a widow; the woman that was speaking to me Jennifer Reynolds was rude, *** and thoroughly involved with herself. She made vague threats and was definitely a bully. Obviously she could not get a job in the real world because she has a personality deficit. I got the telephone number and mailing address of the company.

I demanded a letter from the company outlining what we agreed and was told a letter would go out to me immediately. I waited the required two days and called back asking why I had not received the letter. Reynolds first stated there was a glitch in the program. I reiterated that I had requested a written letter outlining our agreement, not a canned statement and not an email.

She laughed nervously and said no I mean that the program didn't work and I had to type the letter by hand and that she had mailed the letter yesterday. I decided I had enough so I told her that I was paying the bill in full minus the late fees and charge and I wanted a copy of todays conversation. She turned all nicey nice, until I said, you always begin each conversation with this will be recorded. I am asking for a copy of the conversation two days ago as well as a copy of the conversation we are having today on tape.

She sputtered and said, 'no, no, no, it says the conversation MAY be recorded". I said, I want a copy of the conversation we had- you stated very clearly that you were recording the conversation. Reynolds said, no we don't do that type of thing. I said, it is my right to have a copy of any conversation I have had that is recorded by another party.

Again, Reynolds stated that she couldn't do that because she didn't know if the conversation had been recorded because it may or may not have been recorded. I said again, I want a copy it is my right. I also want the letter sent immediately. Reynolds got overly effusively nicey nice.

I only said, I expect both letters in my mailbox by August 28, 2010 and hung up. I am definitely closing my Target account and definitely going to let every one know just how awful this ICSystems company is to people who are down and out.

This company called me today. Asked who I was.

I replied, "this is she". They asked to confirm my address. When I asked what it was in regards to (like any person with common sense, I will not give out even my address unless I know what company is requesting it). The woman said, "it's in regards to a personal matter, do you still reside at....".

When I asked what company she worked for, she refused to tell me, said "I'll tell you when your ready to give your information. Have a nice day, ma'am" and hung up on me. When I called back, Heather answered. I inquired about the company, informing her the strange phone call I had just received.

I asked what her company was and does. She gave a very vague description of what seemed like any company's pitch. When I asked what they actually do, she asked for my phone number.

When I wouldn't give it, she also hung up on me. This company needs a new approach for those who aren't half retarded, giving away all kinds of information without even telling people who they are and what they do.

They're not suppose to state it for security purposes and for company and state laws that they have to follow. Because if they give out a persons information just by name and don't verify either your address or last 4 of your SSN then they can get sued by the government and by giving out your info to the wrong person but with the same name like if someone had the same name but one was Sr.

and the other one was Jr.

This company has called me all times of the day. After returning their call this morning, IC systems proves to be sketchy.

They asked me to give them the last 4 of my ss# without telling who they are calling on behalf of. They refuse to give me any info because I wouldn't give them my SS#. this is 2010 I can't give out that sort of info w/o knowing who you are. Also, when I asked for the supervisor the rep became very angry (red flag) and said " I guess you don't want to pay what you owe.

I will note that on your acct." I laughed and said "according to you- you can't verify its my acct right?" I feel this company is preying on people credit reports.

Addresses, phone numbers, and debt balances are easily extracted from a credit report. Please beware as I am trying my darnest to find out the validity of the "urgent matter" they called me about.

All of the above have happend an are ongoing, including even requesting a call no. on my fax machine get a fax sent. We nned suggestions on any effective way to deal with this sorry co.

Holy Christ these people are awful. I have $15 overdrawn to a paypal account from a disputed transaction..

which I have explained to these people numerous times. They're rude, insulting, condescending and refuse to venture from their script unless its to insult you. Call them 10 times you'll have the same conversation 10 times, although if you get Joe you may also get to listen to him run his mouth, though he still wont respond to anything you say directly.

Even though its only 15 bucks I wouldn't pay these people just out of principle. If it hits my credit report I'll dispute it then, but until then it'll be a cold day in *** before I give these guys anything.

This is addition to earlier comment I made. I was thinking that I might send these jokers $1.00 a month.

It will take a long time for them to get the $300.00 they claim I owe EBay. And there will be nothing they can do about it, because I am paying them something...LOL!

Sorry no their is a minimum that you will need to pay a month to setup a payment arrangement and the accounts are only in their system for 7 to 12 months before they go to another collection agency.

I had several items I was trying to sell on EBay that I had to remove them, due to harassment from a nut job consumer who intentionally targeted me. It was frightening.

EBay removed her or closed her account for it, but would not credit me for the cancelled auctions, that I made no profit on. They still tried to charge me for their portion of profit and listing fees for these items. What profit? There was no sale.

EBay turned this matter over to IC Systems. I told them the situation and told them I'm not paying for something that I did not sell or make a profit on, under the circumstances. They insist I still owe this money to EBay.

I finally suggested to these low life creatures to cut me a deal, and I would consider payig a portion of the debt for listing fees only. They refused. They have called me from several different numbers.

I have a block service on my phone from Verizon. Every time they call me from another number, I add it to the blocked call list, so they can't call me. Eventually, all their numbers will be blocked from my phone number.

I can always tell it's them when I pick up the phone and get an automated voice that tells me to "hold the line please". Do they think people are *** and will really hold on? Give me a break.

I check the number on Google to find it's IC Systems calling again. My suggestion to everyone is to get call block on your phone and block their numbers, as I do.

This company is a bottom feeder. We get repeated calls and we have no accounts affiliated with them.

They are seeking information repeatedly on our daughters account. They have reached her husband so they have her phone number. They are harassing us to put pressure on our daughter. How sick!

Well, they got me really ticked off. Now that I have read the above comments about this scavenge feeder I will pursue them with every legal complaint I can find. Federal and state.

We are on the Do Not Call National list and I believe they have violated more than one law.

Big mistake IC Systems!

Telephone technology is really cool. I can log every call, date, time, duration.

IC Systems has called pretending to be my bank to speak to me about "an urgent matter." They attempted to get my personal banking information. Beware of this tactic!

If you challenge them expect to be called a LIAR or other names like you would expect to hear from upset little children at a elementary school yard playground. I have never dealt with an organization that its' employees are so RUDE, ARROGANT, DECEITFUL and so POORLY trained in customer service.

i have no dept with ic systems, i have no dept period. i dont get phone calls, letters or anything, all i get are hard inquiries on my credit.

why are they pulling my credit report when they dont have permission? how can i dispute an inquiry?

i have been working with them up untill today it has gone smooth. in may they typed my account information in wrong and my payments were not taken from my account i have tried to get the fees back and today i talked to a supervisor and he told me it was my fault for giving wrong information and he will do nothing about it.

i have called them 3 times about this and they keep telling me they will call me back. its now june and nothing has been done. chris grimm the supervisor was very rude and told me it was all my fault. i have made payments on time with them for the last 5 or 6 months but i guess trying to clean up your debt dont mean anything.

so if you ask for a supervisor and a chris grimm answers hang up because he will demean you to no end.

its a lost call with these people. you try to make good and they treat you like dirt.

well after weeks of either not answering phone or answering and hanging up on their faces, i figured a way that made them stop, just answer the phone and put it down, let them hang up, and once they hang up, call back like 5-15 back to back and dont say anything just keep letting them hang up, usually after 30 seconds they do, once u have called 10 times, they've wasted 5 minutes, if 12 people call 10 times an hour these people just made them work an hour for free getting no commissions, now imagine 5000 people calling a day doing the same tactic we will made the employees so pissed like they do to us they will eventually all quit and put themselves outta business, now to waste more time call and say u want to pay the balance in full and then "oh hold on i cant find my card lemme check the car/drawer/bathroom/purse/room/nightstand etc. they eventually stopped calling me after a week
